Everything you need

The fourth most affordable suburb in Perth is Parmelia. Everywhere is in close proximity by walking: the train station, schools, shops, choice of medical centres, dental and physiotherapists.

Parmelia is a hidden sanctuary within the metropolitan area.

Parmelia is a popular area for young families and retirees.  Parmelia is located roughly 43 kilometres south of Perth when taking the Kwinana highway. Just like the other cities making up the City of Kwinana, Parmelia also takes its name from one of the ships that first brought settlers to the newly-established Swan River Colony. In fact, the Parmelia was the first ship to arrive in this area, carrying among its passengers the new Governor of the area, James Stirling, and his wife, Ella.

Parmelia is close to schools and parks, and featuring a shopping centre.

Parmelia is a self-sufficient suburb situated close to the thriving Kwinana hub. Residents enjoy proximity to the Kwinana Recquatic Centre, Koorliny Arts Centre and a major railway station with efficient links to Perth City.

Client's Review
I have lived in Parmelia for 4 years now and brought my first house here. I rented property before in Parmelia and decided to buy my first property here. It was affordable but main consideration of mine was my kids make some friends and neighbours were lovely. I love living here and am grateful this is where my children are being raised. Safe community with lovely people. Good schools around and close shops.

Client's Review
What i love about living in Parmelia is everywhere is in close proximity by walking. The schools, shops, train stations, physiotherapists. Its perfect for the kids to wake up and walk to school which helps me get to work early and give them that extra bit of exercise. definitely recommend!!
